  • Commercial Helicopter Pilot
  • Instrument Rating
  • Certified Flight Instructor
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument

These certifications can be earned in one of two  programs that can lead to helicopter pilot jobs:


  • University-Affiliated Program: Leads to a Bachelor of Science degree (Professional Pilot-Helicopter) from the University of Oklahoma School of Aviation
  • Independent Program: Offers the same helicopter pilot certifications but does not result in a university degree
