Semper Fly offers two programs - our University-Affiliated Program and our Independent Program - that can lead to five different certifications:
- Private Helicopter Pilot

- Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument
University-Affiliated Program
The University of Oklahoma School of Aviation is the only school in the Southeastern Conference to offer a Professional Pilot - Helicopter Bachelor of Science degree. We are so proud the nation’s #1-rated aviation school chose us to be their partner in making history.
Graduating students will receive all five certifications above.
Flight training for this program takes place at the Max Westheimer Airport in Norman.
FAA Certified Part 141 Training
Independent Program
Participants in the Independent Program can obtain any or all of the five certifications above depending on their personal goals.
A 10% discount is available to military veterans and first responders.
Flight training for this program takes place at the Sundance Airpark in Oklahoma City.
