University of Oklahoma - Part 141
Semper Fly Helicopters has partnered with the University of Oklahoma to provide students with flight training that meets the high standards set by the University and the FAA. This training will result in a Bachelor's degree as a Professional Pilot. Part 141 - Non-Degree seeking
Semper Fly Helicopters has been certified by the FAA as a Provisional Flight School to offer Part 141 training courses for Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, and CFII initial certifications.

Bell Certified Training Facility
Coming Soon: Bell Certified Training Facility (CTF)
Semper Fly Helicopters is proud to announce that we are in the final stages of becoming an official Bell Certified Training Facility (CTF).
As one of only two Bell CTFs in the United States to earn this designation — Semper Fly will soon deliver Bell-approved initial and recurrent pilot training programs in the 206B3 that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism set by Bell Textron.
Through this partnership, our students and pilots will gain access to:
- Factory-endorsed Bell helicopter training (including turbine transition and advanced flight courses).
- Direct access to Bell’s global training network and technical expertise.
This certification will expand our capability to provide world-class, OEM-backed helicopter training — reinforcing Semper Fly’s commitment to shaping the next generation of aviators through precision, discipline, and safety.
